A systematic examination against defined criteria to determine whether activities and related results conform to planned activities, in order to check whether these activities are implemented effectively and suitably to achieve the company policy and objectives.
Aimed to support and control the WCOM System, the Audit and Reporting System covers the following areas: Results, Organisational Development, Know-how & Standards and Team Work.
Each area is assessed through specific checklists provided with an assigned score.
